As Legal Advisor of Vitruvya, he provides strategic guidance on the regulatory qualification of blockchain-native investment solutions, ensuring alignment with MiFID II, GDPR, AML/CFT, DORA, eIDAS 2.0, and the EU’s DLT Pilot Regime.
He is recognized as a pioneer in digital finance, having co-authored the first French book on blockchain law and advised governments, financial institutions, and technology ventures on the adoption of compliant digital asset frameworks. Fabrice is a recognised leader in digital innovation and blockchain strategy in Luxembourg. He began his career in financial services before joining InTech, now a subsidiary of POST Luxembourg, in 1998, where he became CEO in 2011.
He advises both public authorities and private institutions on the adoption of breakthrough digital solutions. Fabrice serves as Chairman of Infrachain, Chairman of Telecom Nancy, Chairman of Lumena Startup Studio, and head of the Blockchain Working Group of the Fédération des Tiers de Confiance Numérique in Paris.
