In 2024, she founded Vitruvya, a blockchain-based platform that empowers individuals with free will choice in investing, transforming money into an extension of who they are.
Previously, Carolina led Arabesque AI, was Global Head of Product & Solutions at Schroders, and a Limited Partner at Lombard Odier IM. She began her career at Goldman Sachs AM in Bob Litterman’s quantitative team. She holds a PhD in Finance from London Business School, and has long been a trailblazer in ESG, personalization, and digital finance.
Federico leads the execution and development of Vitruvya's strategic vision for a new European financial infrastructure. He is responsible for translating long-term ambition into a coherent, scalable, and disciplined operating model, ensuring that strategy is implemented with rigour, structure, and mesurable progress.
Federico brings a strong background in finance, strategy, and execution, with experience across equity derivatives, structured finance, M&A advisory, and operational leadership. He has worked at Merrill Lynch, Rosbank, and Park Walk Capital, and served as CFO of Bandar Décor in Saudi Arabia.
